How Our Service Works

1.  Customer submits an application via QR Code or by visiting our secure website www.bdsapp.net.

 

2. An approval or denial decision is issued within seconds.

 

3. If approved, BDS will contact the customer’s service advisor with notification of the approval, along with a request to forward a copy of the repair order to BDS.

 

3. When the repair order is received, BDS will immediately prepare the customer's documents for electronic signature.


4. When the customer completes the electronic signature process, BDS will notify the service advisor with a Guarantee of Payment email. The service advisor can call our call center to receive a credit card payment by phone once the service work is completed and the customer is at the dealership to take possession of their vehicle.
